BYC along officials and staff from different ministries, offices and agencies participated the launching of Regional Plan of Action for Nutrition also known as RPAN themed:”Sa RPAN, Maging Malusog, Matalino, at Matangkad ang Batang Moro”.The program aims to address the nutritional issue faced by the Bangsamoro Community specifically targeting children who continuously suffer from chronic malnutrition. As emphasized by key officials, the problem needs an immediate solution, if not, could also serve as one of the hindrances in pursuing peace and progress affecting the region’s human capital.
The plan is a result of a collaborative study of different ministries and offices pursuing Halal and Healthy diet guided with the principles of Moral Governance. The event was ended by expressing full support and commitment in resolving the problem by different key officials.
