BYC Commissioners showed massive support in the observance of Women’s Month

BYC Commissioners from different provinces along with its Regional Workforce showed massive support in the observance of Women’s Month.in recognition to women’s rights and their vital contribution to the society, the Commission through the volunteerism of young social workers set up booth which offered various services which primarily enable every Fatima’s thoughts and sentiments to be heard. Moreover, as one of the Commission’s role— that is to establish and strengthen linkages amongst various youth organizations, this week opens the door for every aspiring youth organizations to be accredited.This month is pursuant to proclamation no. 277 series of 1988 providing for the observance of the month of March as Women’s Role in history month, and Republic Act 6469 series 1990 declaring March 8 of every year as National Women’s Day.
