The Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) together various offices and agencies joined the first Bangsamoro Regional Implementation Team (BRIT) Special Meeting on Friday, November 05 at Jade Function Hall, Em Manor, Cotabato City.
The meeting primarily reviewed the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health (RPRH) Law, otherwise known Republic Act No. 10354, an act providing for a national policy on responsible parenthood and reproductive health.
The review accentuated on addressing various concerns on family planning including birth spacing, the use of contraceptives and natural method, and how such utilization would affect the BARMM.
Meanwhile, the body will be organizing a technical working group (TWG) for the upcoming strategic communications planning to further determine and address various issues and concerns of the said law especially anchoring it with the BARMM’s flagship “Moral Governance”. (BYC PR Section)
