GENERAL SANTOS CITY—Personnel of the Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) from both regional and provincial offices underwent Gender Sensitivity Training on November 29 at London Beach Resort, General Santos City.
The training aimed to enhance the institutional capacity of the Commission by appreciating the importance of portraying a gender sensitive environment in workplaces and understanding the basic foundations of gender-sensitivity concepts in planning programs, projects and activities.
Prof. Luz A. Doce gave various inputs and activities about “Ensuring Gender Sensitivity Lenses in Workplaces and Programming.”
The training was among the highlights of the four-day teambuilding activities of BYC held on November 26 to 30 in General Santos City. (BYC PR Section)
