The Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC), being the Bangsamoro Governmentโs primary policy-making and coordinating body for the youth, will hold the Bangsamoro Youth Parliament (BYP) 2022 on November 7-11 in Cotabato City.
The BYP 2022 will provide the 80 Bangsamoro selected delegates with skills on parliamentary procedures, advocacy and policy paper making, resource mobilization to the young parliamentarians, and capacity building for effective advocacy and lobbying.
If you are between 15 to 40 of age, a youth leader, you may submit your duly accomplished application forms starting today through online submission.

Youth residing in BARMM
Must be between 15 to 40 years old on the day of Parliament
Able to read and write
Of good moral character
At least not a delegate of any national and international youth parliament
Must be willing to shoulder his/her travelling expenses

Incomplete documents will not be entertained. Applications should only be sent to the email indicated.
The deadline for submission of BYP 2022 application is on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 5PM.
