The Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) was awarded a plaque of appreciation by the local government unit of South Upi, Maguindanao for its “immeasurable community involvement, and remarkable assistance and cooperation” in engaging tri-people youth.
The plaque was awarded during the municipality’s celebration of Tri-Puso Day as a part of its 46th founding anniversary held on Monday, August 5, at the municipal gymnasium of South Upi, Maguindanao.
In his message, municipal mayor Reynalbert Insular thanked the Bangsamoro Government for upholding inclusive services for the Bangsamoro tri-people.
Tri-people refers to the Moros, Christian Settlers and non-Moro Indigenous People that constitute the population of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). (BYC PR Unit/KAA)
