Representatives from the Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) met with the International Media Support (IMS) on Tuesday, March 14, in Cotabato City to explore possible initiatives it can support in the region.
The discussion focused on young people’s perspectives on disinformation and efforts to fight its spread, and what initiatives it can provide to promote independent media and good journalism in the Bangsamoro.
IMS is a Copenhagen-based media development organization working to strengthen the capacity of media to reduce conflict, strengthen democracy and facilitate dialogue. (BYC PR Unit/RMM)
