COTABATO CITY (December 7, 2023) – The Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC), in partnership with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for BARMM, conducted a one-day orientation on the Omnibus Rules on Appointments and other Human Resource Actions (ORAOHRA) on December 7, 2023, Cotabato City.
BYC Chief of Admin and Finance Nairah Manongcarang emphasized the significance of ORAOHRA to the employees, underscoring its vital role in the efficient functioning of the commission.
The orientation aims to ensure its optimal effectiveness and relevance in addressing the dynamic needs of BYC in terms of human resource actions.
Ms. Hellie S. Biruar served as the resource person, covering the salient features of 2017 ORAOHRA as revised in July 2018.
