Theme
“2025 BARMM Parliamentary Elections: Boto Mo, Kinabukasan Mo”
The theme aims to raise awareness and provides valuable information about the upcoming 2025 parliamentary elections in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
The mini vlog should seek to educate the public about the elections, including but not limited to the importance of participating in the elections, the electoral process, and how the public’s vote can impact the future of the Bangsamoro region.
Eligibility
The competition is open to all individuals aged 15 to 40 residing in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
Participants can submit individually or as a team with maximum of 4 members.
Entry Requirements
Theme: The mini vlog should adhere to the given theme. It should be engaging, informative, and inspire viewers to participate in the 2025 BARMM parliamentary election.
Duration: The vlog must be between 3 to 5 minutes long.
Format: The vlog should be in MP4 format and recorded in at least 720p resolution in landscape orientation (preferably 16:9 aspect ratio).
Language: The primary language of the vlog should be Filipino. Subtitles should be added if other languages are spoken.

Winner Announcement and Awarding
The winning entries will be announced at BYC’s social media accounts.
The winners will be invited at the International Youth Day 2024 celebration event in Cotabato City and will receive their prize and certificate during the event.
Rules and Regulations
All vlogs must be original and created by the participants.
Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission will result in disqualification. Ensure you have the right to use all content in your vlog, including music, images, and video clips.
All entries must not be previously submitted to other competitions.
Content must be appropriate for all audiences and must not contain offensive or inappropriate material.
Each participant or team can submit only one entry.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting an entry, participants agree to grant the Bangsamoro Youth Commission the right to use and publish their videos in any media for promotional purposes.
Participants retain ownership of their videos.
The Bangsamoro Youth Commission reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the guidelines or the spirit of the competition.
