BYC, OPAPP, UNDP pay courtesy visit to Tawi-Tawi gov’t

Officials of the Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC), Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) paid a courtesy visit to the Provincial Government of Tawi-Tawi on Wednesday, December 01.

Tawi-Tawi Vice Governor Michail Ahaja and Chairperson Hja. Jumda A. Sali of Tawi-Tawi Provincial Women Council received the officials at the provincial capitol in Bongao.

The courtesy visit paved the way to start the Youth, Peace and Security Consultations on the Formulation of the National and Regional Action Plan on Youth, Peace and Security (NAP and RAP YPS).

BYC Chairperson Marjanie Macasalong said the consultation in Tawi-Tawi will complete the cycle of YPS consultation in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). (BYC PR Section)
