BYC graces 60th FEMSUSSCO executive summit, turn-over ceremony

COTABATO CITY—The Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC), led by Commissioner Nasserudin Dunding representing Maguindanao, Cotabato City and Special Geographic Areas, attended the 60th Executive Summit and Turn-Over Ceremony of the Federation of Mindanao State University Supreme Students Councils (FEMSUSSCO) on Tuesday, March 16 at Mindanao State University–Maguindanao in Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao.

The event gathered Supreme Students Councils (SSC) presidents, secretaries, advisers, and student affairs directors from the different campuses of Mindanao State University System (MSUS) and other visitors to witness the turn-over of MSUS student regency to Suwaidi Ebrahim of MSU-Maguindanao from Narsima Sabbaha of MSU-Sulu, as well as the oath-taking of newly elected FEMSUSSCO officers.

In his message, BYC Commissioner Nasserudin Dunding sent his congratulations to both the incoming and outgoing Student Regent for their “magandang paglalakbay sa student leadership.”

“On behalf of the Bangsamoro Youth Commission and our Chief Minister where our office is attached, Chief Minister Ahod Balawag Ebrahim, pinapaabot po namin ‘yung congratulatory greetings po namin sa inyo,” Commissioner Dunding said.

He also stressed that the responsibility of the incoming Student Regent could be a shared responsibility of his provincial office since they both represent the province of Maguindanao.

“Rest assured that the door of Bangsamoro Youth Commission is open 24/7 for your leadership, in shā’ Allāh,” he added.
